Creator’s comment: A kaleidoscope is a metaphor for eternal change, in which ostensibly fragmented chaos becomes subject to strict logic. Looking at the view into a kaleidoscope as a model or semiotic projection, we can see that the nature of the message depends on the choice of viewing angle. Every employee has their own version of the symbol, their own viewing angle and combination of fragments of information
