Bramham Trade, the retail chain of pet supplies, was seeking to convey a consumer-friendly image through its new brand. The whimsical mascot Bosse was supposed to, without taking sides, bring together dog lovers and cat lovers in a single community while also catering for the needs of other pets, fish and birds. The hypnotic eyes of the mascot created an unbreakable emotional bond with consumers and ensure that this relationship of loyalty persists.
