Solaris centre is situated in the centre of Tallinn. As the venue includes shopping, a cinema, a concert hall, dance studios and offices, it is positioned as an entertainment centre for urbanites. Solaris offers fashion and lifestyle shopping, culture and entertainment, and it is the prime downtown meeting point for attracting and uniting active culture consumers. It was named after the cult film Solaris by Russian director Andrei Tarkovsky, as a reference to the former Soviet culture centre that once stood in its place.
