The goal of the campaign, organised by the Estonian Human Rights Centre, was to combat xenophobia through better information. The campaign promoted public discussion on the topics of tolerance and empathy. In order to cast the divisive issues in a softer light and increase their general applicability, the characters were portrayed on humorous drawings instead of photos.
