Commissioned by the European Commission and established by the Estonian Information System Authority, EU CyberNet is a centre of cyber expertise that brings together European competences in the field of cyber security and coordinates all cyber security projects of the EU in third countries. The partners involved in the creation of EU CyberNet included the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Finland’s cyber security centre TRAFFICOM and Luxembourg’s cyber security centre Securitymadein.lu.
